OTHER AVENUES OF FRAME RUNNING!

Some runners find themselves being too able to fit within the current official classification system. Instead they take up recreational running events over distances up to the marathon. Some run even further og for several says in a row. One Danish woman have run 101 marathons (42,2 Km) in 7 years entering as member of "club for those who have finished a 100 marathons". Whether you want to run to enjoy nature, being with friends or have given your self a specific challenge is entirely up to you. Most ordinary running clubs will welcome you as there usual is a group running your speed and distance. My experience is that company and social commitments makes it more fun do the any sport.
